Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Full name, mobile number, password (stored encrypted), your recovery number and image (stored encrypted), school profile details, daily MDM entries, contact and suggestion messages, and basic technical data (device type, browser, IP address) used only for security.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, calculate and save your entries, generate reports, reply to your queries and suggestions, and improve the tool.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not send promotional SMS. Passwords and recovery answers are never visible to anyone, including the admin.
Data storage & security
Passwords are bcrypt-encrypted, all traffic uses HTTPS, access is limited by role, and data is backed up regularly.
Cookies & local storage
Used only to keep you logged in and to remember preferences such as your language.
Third-party services
Hosting provider and analytics (if enabled). WhatsApp sharing happens only when you tap Share.
Analytics
We use our own first-party analytics to understand how the tool is used and to improve it. We track page visits, device type, browser, language, approximate location (state/district, derived from your school profile), and feature usage (calculations, reports, downloads). We do NOT store your full IP address — only a daily-rotating anonymous visitor id. Raw analytics data is kept for 13 months and then only aggregated totals are retained. We never sell your data. Optional Google Analytics is used only if the admin turns it on, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting for logged-out visitors.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. For each payment we store only the payment id, order id, amount, status and date.
Data retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by email, or the Admin can delete accounts.
Children's privacy
This service is for school staff. We do not collect personal data of students — only counts of students present.

Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
